Own calibration architecture and system integration for an optical OVMM engine, designing algorithms that correct optical phase, amplitude, and timing across many channels. Define calibration controller behavior, calibration software/firmware interfaces, and the bring-up/acceptance strategy during lab characterization. Develop verification plans, correlate measurements with modeled predictions, and drive performance debugging when hardware behavior deviates. Write calibration/test software (primarily Python) and lead cross-functional collaboration across analog, digital, photonic, and system teams.
