Job Summary

Support Cisco’s logistics security program by driving adherence to the Master Security Specifications (MSS) across Forward, Reverse, and Service Logistics in the APJC region. Use security audit tools to initiate audits, present findings, and ensure timely closure. Assist with physical and cybersecurity incident investigations, update security metrics and MSS schedules, and support security projects like site enablement, relocations, decommissioning, RFPs, and CTPAT revalidations.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive operational excellence by supporting security audit activities aligned to the Master Security Specification (MSS) across APJC Forward, Reverse, and Service Logistics.
•Use security audit applications and tools to initiate audits, produce results, generate/present findings, and drive closure with logistics partners and regional operations teams.
•Update security-related metrics, MSS audit schedules, and reporting.
•Assist with investigations of physical and cybersecurity incidents, including meeting management, summary reporting, and driving remediation and closure.
•Support security projects including new site enablement, relocations, decommissioning, MSS updates, RFPs, CTPAT revalidations, and other certifications or audits.

Key Requirements

•Bachelors plus 2–5 years of logistics experience, with emphasis on warehouse/fulfillment and domestic/international transportation flows and cross-border movement of goods.
•Strong supply chain and logistics knowledge with familiarity across Forward, Reverse, or Service Logistics.
•Experience with security auditing and the ability to drive timely closure on audit findings.
•Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work directly with logistics partners and Cisco regional operations teams.
•Familiarity with TAPA standards (FSR, TSR, Cyber Security, Parking Security Standards) and other security industry certifications.
