Job Summary

Assist with receiving freight, breaking down pallets, scanning and sorting packages by driver routes, and loading vehicles to meet on-time delivery goals. Work safely within a shift team, communicate delays to the Sort Supervisor, and support pre-sort meetings and TSR trailer docking. Occasionally coordinate on-site logistics package sort operations and (occasionally) perform driver dispatching using HelloFresh’s internal technology and systems.

•Work within a team to safely receive and sort all shift volume.
•Direct incoming volume to the correct destinations on time and communicate delays or issues to the Sort Supervisor.
•Attend pre-sort meetings and work toward daily goals and safe operations.
•Perform TSR processing to ensure trailers are safely docked to the building.
•Occasionally coordinate on-shift logistics sort operations, including unloading, sorting, allocation of freight, and (occasionally) dispatching functions for drivers.

•Availability to support assigned night or day shifts (including weekends as designated) and meet highly physical job demands.
