Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide end-to-end portfolio leadership: shape, embed, and communicate portfolio vision and direction, and empower teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • •Deliver strategic portfolio management and capital investment planning, driving capital allocation strategy and business value across the portfolio.
  • •Establish portfolio controls, governance, and assurance frameworks; perform gap analysis and lead development of optimised future-state roadmaps.
  • •Lead stakeholder engagement and influence with senior clients and internal leadership to align outcomes and deliver integrated solutions.
  • •Oversee risk and health & safety management and financial oversight, including CapEx performance, budget tracking, cost reporting, and commission management/business development.

Key Requirements

  • •Accreditation or strong working knowledge of portfolio and/or programme management methodologies and governance frameworks, particularly in real estate and complex delivery environments.
  • •Proven experience in portfolio and/or programme management, including large-scale/high-profile real estate transformation projects.
  • •Experience in performance optimisation initiatives and managing capital investment plans.
  • •Strong leadership ability to lead and empower teams, build delivery partnerships, and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders and clients.
  • •Experience managing portfolio financial performance (financial reporting, budget tracking, cost/financial management) and awareness of procurement, contract forms, and commercial frameworks.
