•Run full-cycle recruiting across technical and GTM/Sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and closing.
•Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define hiring criteria, and move searches forward quickly and precisely.
•Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
•Deliver a warm, professional, and memorable candidate experience at every stage and serve as a brand ambassador.
•Maintain ATS (Ashby) accuracy, track recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer acceptance), and coordinate onboarding handoff with the HR Coordinator and People & Operations.

Pay and Benefits
