Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain financial models for prospective management agreements, including property performance, management fee streams, ramp-up assumptions, and Flow-level economics.
  • •Conduct underwriting and feasibility analysis for prospective assets and owner partnerships, including operating statement analysis and market supply/demand and benchmarks.
  • •Support structuring and negotiation of management agreements, including fee structures, term, performance tests, owner obligations, termination rights, exclusivity, and brand standards.
  • •Prepare deal summaries, financial analyses, presentations, and approval memoranda for senior management, clearly articulating rationale, economics, risks, and negotiation points.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional due diligence and deal execution through term sheet, contract execution, and handover to pre-opening or operations, and track pipeline and deal performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate, hospitality, development, investment, strategy, or related roles with strong financial analysis and underwriting.
  • •Strong proficiency in Excel, especially building complex financial models.
  • •Strong understanding of real estate and operating metrics such as NOI, margins, occupancy, ADR/rental rates, RevPAR (where relevant), and management fee economics.
  • •Experience evaluating, structuring, or negotiating management agreements and related operating structures (owner-operator, franchise/flag, or operating partnerships) is strongly preferred.
