•Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and structural standards.
•Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding structural matters, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
•Manage and mentor a team of structural engineers and construction professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
