Key Responsibilities

•Assist on feasibility studies and write procurement reports, helping guide cost decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
•Produce and present final cost plans through Estimating and cost planning, including tendering and pre-qualification management.
•Manage post-contract cost variances and change control processes, ensuring timely and accurate cost checks and valuations on larger projects.
•Input into value engineering and negotiate/finalize accounts, interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages.
•Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and present findings to the client, ensuring transparent cost reporting and cost control throughout delivery.

Key Requirements

•Proven track record delivering high-quality cost management/quantity surveying across the full project lifecycle
•Professionally qualified (RICS or similar) preferred
•Significant experience in the Irish market
•Degree or HNC level qualification
