Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead business development to expand the portfolio by acquiring properties, onboarding owners, and building a pipeline.
  • •Identify market opportunities, conduct feasibility assessments, and recommend growth initiatives; pitch and support deal conversion.
  • •Translate corporate strategy into actionable operational plans for community management (CM) and property management (PM).
  • •Oversee operational setup, initiatives to improve efficiency and service quality, and capacity planning/resource allocation.
  • •Provide CM/PM leadership and reporting: drive rent collection, maintenance, move-ins/move-outs, vendor management, and deliver executive dashboards on KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field; MBA or advanced qualification is an advantage.
  • •10+ years of progressive experience in Community Management, Property Management, and operations leadership.
  • •Experience converting deals and meeting financial targets for CM and PM businesses.
  • •Track record managing multi-cluster portfolios or large-scale residential/commercial property operations.
  • •Strong ability to translate strategy into operational execution with measurable results, including cross-functional and vendor leadership.
