Job Summary

Drive portfolio growth for DHCM by acquiring properties and onboarding owners, identifying market opportunities, and building a strong pipeline. Key Responsibilities

•Lead business development to expand the portfolio by acquiring properties, onboarding owners, and building a pipeline.
•Identify market opportunities, conduct feasibility assessments, and recommend growth initiatives; pitch and support deal conversion.
•Translate corporate strategy into actionable operational plans for community management (CM) and property management (PM).
•Oversee operational setup, initiatives to improve efficiency and service quality, and capacity planning/resource allocation.
•Provide CM/PM leadership and reporting: drive rent collection, maintenance, move-ins/move-outs, vendor management, and deliver executive dashboards on KPIs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field; MBA or advanced qualification is an advantage.
•10+ years of progressive experience in Community Management, Property Management, and operations leadership.
•Experience converting deals and meeting financial targets for CM and PM businesses.
•Track record managing multi-cluster portfolios or large-scale residential/commercial property operations.
•Strong ability to translate strategy into operational execution with measurable results, including cross-functional and vendor leadership.
