•Act as PMO for Treasury initiatives, monitoring timelines, risks, dependencies, and action plans.
•Lead discussions and negotiations with local and global banking partners for the implementation of banking solutions and projects.
•Support the expansion and optimization of the company\'s banking infrastructure.
•Map, review, and optimize processes, workflows, and controls, driving efficiency, scalability, and risk mitigation.
