Project Coordinator - Innovation

Support the Advanced Materials Division’s innovation projects by coordinating work within the Stage Gate process and helping the Project Management Team execute initiatives. Maintain accurate project information in dashboards and trackers, organize documentation (timelines, action logs, meeting notes), and prepare reports, presentations, and leadership-ready portfolio materials. Track milestones, deliverables, and actions to ensure timely execution and escalate data inconsistencies to project managers.
