Job Summary

Supervise 2nd-shift production operations across assembly, inspection, test, and final test for manufacturing capital equipment and systems. Set daily team priorities, schedules, and task assignments, and execute action plans using shift handoffs and operations reviews. Track performance metrics, drive cycle-time improvements, coordinate resources for production schedules, and lead Lean, Safety, and Quality initiatives. Manage performance processes, training, and corrective actions to improve capability and reduce incidents.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise employees involved in production and/or operation functions such as assembly, inspection, test, and/or final test for manufacturing capital equipment and systems.
•Set up daily team priorities, develop work schedules, and assign tasks; organize and facilitate team meetings such as pre-shift and safety.
•Develop and track organization performance metrics and meet or improve cycle time performance and other metrics.
•Coordinate efforts of service and/or customer groups to secure resources, tools, supplies, materials, and services to meet production schedules.
•Manage performance management, assist with training and career development, and lead Lean, Safety, and Quality initiatives with corrective action.

•Supervise day-to-day work and participate in coaching and development of employees.
•Develop and execute action plans using shift handoffs and designated operations reviews.
