Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure reliability, automation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of test benches, equipment, and robots.
  • •Lead root cause analyses of bench and equipment failures and drive corrective and preventive actions to minimize downtime.
  • •Establish equipment, tools, and resources for new repair and production lines, coordinating with Central Engineering on technical requirements.
  • •Liaise with suppliers and oversee equipment realization, delivery, installation, commissioning, and final acceptance.
  • •Work effectively in system- and software-integrated test bench environments and support ongoing reliability monitoring and trending.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Equipment Engineering in a high-technology manufacturing or production environment.
  • •Experience with new equipment/bench setup, installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • •Hands-on ability to diagnose and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and industrial communication issues.
  • •Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation; experience with TPM/GR&R is advantageous.
