Payment Operations Executive - Collections

Manage the end-to-end collections process for assigned Hong Kong portfolios, monitoring outstanding receivables, contacting clients on overdue payments, and running debtor meetings with account teams. Execute collection follow-ups (calls, emails, letters), maintain accurate collections documentation and reporting (including aging analysis), and resolve client payment queries or disputes. Identify accounts at risk of non-payment, ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory guidelines, and support collections process improvements.
