Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Business & Growth Models domain across APAC and drive AI-enabled growth strategies and venture concepts.
  • •Advise boards and executive teams on growth options, disruption risks, and investment choices.
  • •Originate mandates for new revenue, new propositions, or business model change, and convert opportunities into signed work using co-sell.
  • •Move clients from opportunity identification to costed business models, commercial pathways, and working prototypes.
  • •Design platform, ecosystem, subscription, and agent-enabled models and test economics with specialists before major investment.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, venture building, product leadership, or commercial innovation.
  • •Experience taking a new business, product, or service model from concept to revenue.
  • •Strong commercial and financial modelling capability under uncertainty.
  • •Practical understanding of what agentic AI enables and its limits.
  • •Comfort working with engineers to prototype ideas rather than only describing them.
