Own and grow relationships with advertising partners in Reddit’s Retail Beauty vertical, working closely with Client Partners to deliver campaign launches end-to-end. Educate brands and agencies on Reddit’s value proposition and measurement fundamentals, collaborate with Ad Ops on delivery, and use client feedback to help shape Reddit’s native ads product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients’ marketing goals.
•Proactively manage and deepen relationships with advertising partners to drive year-on-year Reddit revenue growth.
•Lead and execute campaign launches end to end, delivering insights and optimizations to agency and client partners.
•Manage internal account operations, including revenue delivery and troubleshooting issues.
•Partner cross-functionally (including with Ad Ops) to ensure effective campaign delivery and resolve technical hurdles.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management, with Retail Beauty experience preferred.
•Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.
•Understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners.
•Ability to manage diverse-scope problems using data evaluation and maintain strong partner relationships.
•BA/BS degree (or equivalent work experience) with proficiency in Excel preferred.
