Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop engaging online learning content across Stepful’s healthcare programs.
  • •Follow Stepful standards for content format, flow, and instructional assessments.
  • •Prepare questions for assessments throughout the course.
  • •Ensure learning content aligns to certification standards and meets accuracy/relevance quality control.
  • •Collaborate with the internal team to deliver on timelines and experiment with new modalities like skill labs and virtual simulations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors in Science, Biology, Nursing or related healthcare degree, or 2+ years teaching STEM curriculum.
  • •3+ years of experience in online curriculum development as a content author, TA, or MOOC author in healthcare programs.
  • •Passion for using AI to accelerate content development.
  • •Must be able to commit a minimum of 20 hours per week.
  • •Stellar writing and communication skills with familiarity using Google Drive and Google Documents.
