Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver product performance technologies and solutions, developing holistic understanding of product performance and critical subsystem factors.
  • •Own performance system specifications and ensure they align with product specs, are verifiable and repeatable.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to balance performance trade-offs (e.g., flowrate, acoustics, thermals, design, vision, claims) and influence decisions for product benefit.
  • •Drive performance metrics, robust test methodology, and conclusive verification reports using Matlab, Minitab, Excel and/or Python.
  • •Work with leadership to define a new performance team in Singapore, closing delivery gaps and documenting new knowledge.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
  • •8+ years of experience in mechanical product design & development and system engineering in fluid dynamics (preferably oral care).
  • •In-depth knowledge and experience with experimental methodologies and techniques for the core discipline.
  • •Competent in CAD/CAE tools; UG and ANSYS suite experience preferred.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to receive feedback and coach less experienced engineers.
