Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform month and quarter end close activities, including journal entries, detailed analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting schedules.
  • •Support global Payroll Operations, Equity Administration, and Benefits teams with accounting knowledge.
  • •Support management with special projects, ad-hoc reporting, and other assigned tasks.
  • •Collaborate across Finance, Legal, and Talent to ensure accurate financial statements.
  • •Ensure SOX compliance and accurate GAAP reporting, and streamline accounting processes using AI and technology.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Accounting or Finance.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • •CPA preferred and public accounting experience preferred.

  • •Experience using AI tools to automate processes and drive efficiency gains, plus ERP experience with Workday and/or Oracle.
