Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and monitor project delivery by managing schedule, interfaces, costs, variations, contracts, and risks in coordination with stakeholders.
  • •Develop, maintain, and align the Project Execution Plan with contracting entity standards, methodologies, and strategic objectives.
  • •Lead a team of Project Managers responsible for successful delivery, including direction, oversight, resource planning, and performance monitoring.
  • •Coordinate project integration across the lifecycle, manage design consultant and contractor activities, chair design reviews, and implement design change control.
  • •Maintain project governance and reporting, including the project risk register, performance reports, and continuous improvement of project management processes and controls.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years delivering major civil infrastructure projects across the full lifecycle, including design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out.
  • •Extensive experience using the NEC Suite of Contracts in a client, contractor, or consultancy environment.
  • •Proven delivery experience for aviation sector projects or other operationally complex, live infrastructure environments.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage cost, schedule, risk, governance, and stakeholder relationships for major capital infrastructure programmes.
  • •Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, mentoring Project Managers, and providing client-facing commercial and leadership support.
