Job Summary

Own Kikoff Enterprise’s growth as a business-builder: drive product-market fit for embedded credit infrastructure, define the initial ICP, and set the product strategy and roadmap across the Credit Progression Suite and Credit Infrastructure stack. Shape pricing and distribution motions (direct, partner-led, channel, or self-serve API), improve retention and expansion to drive high NRR, and instrument metrics to measure real progress early. Partner closely with engineering, GTM, and the C-suite.

Key Responsibilities

•Find or strengthen product-market fit by defining what PMF looks like for specific ICPs and closing the gap between current state and fit.
•Define target ICPs by selecting which buyer types to win first, building the go-to-market thesis, and designing the fastest path to reach and convert.
•Own product strategy and roadmap across the Credit Progression Suite and Credit Infrastructure stack, sequencing bets so releases compound into a defensible platform.
•Set pricing and distribution by designing partner value-aligned packaging and pricing, and choosing the distribution motion that enables scaling beyond founder-led sales.
•Drive retention and expansion to achieve high NRR by understanding partner buying behavior and making retention outcomes first-class metrics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 350,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Have taken a B2B product or business from 0-1 into scale and can explain PMF before and after you found it.
•Think in bets and evidence; use data and customer truth to build conviction and be comfortable pulling/interrogating data yourself.
•Have commercial range across sales conversations, pricing model design, and reading cohort retention curves—focused on outcomes.
•Experience in financial services, embedded finance, fintech infrastructure, or regulated API businesses; be fluent (or quickly become fluent) in bureau, furnishing, and compliance realities (FCRA/ECOA).
•Excellent communicator and writer who can align engineering, GTM, and the C-suite and earn trust with sophisticated enterprise buyers.
