Execute merchandising standards across assigned stores by interpreting and implementing accurate planograms, product layouts, and category presentations. Maintain shelf compliance and visual standards through regular store visits, ensuring products are properly placed, priced, and fully stocked. Coordinate with store, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to support new launches, promotional activities, seasonal resets, and store refresh projects. Track competitor merchandising, identify availability gaps, and generate merchandising reports.
