Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and own NetSuite scoping and implementation playbooks so Solutions and Implementation can independently assess configuration complexity and integration feasibility.
  • •Run recurring training and office-hours with GTM and Implementation to keep playbooks current and raise baseline NetSuite fluency.
  • •Act as internal escalation authority for the hardest NetSuite configurations, diagnosing failures at the API/script level and prototyping feasible fixes.
  • •Build and maintain a NetSuite sandbox that simulates real customer complexity (multi-subsidiary, ARM, custom scripts) to validate integration behavior before customer impact.
  • •Partner with the Integration PM and Engineering to translate recurring customer patterns into roadmap input and integration/workflow decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, ideally including implementation/techno-functional/solutions architecture/admin work.
  • •Deep expertise in NetSuite SuiteCloud tools: SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), SuiteTalk (REST/SOAP), RESTlets, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder.
  • •Working knowledge of NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) and its interaction with contract and billing data.
  • •Experience designing or maintaining bi-directional NetSuite integrations (master data and transactional data sync).
  • •Comfort building process and tooling from scratch in a 0-to-1 environment, and making decisive calls on support vs. customer configuration changes.
