Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical delivery from discovery and requirements through design, configuration, testing, deployment, hypercare, and transition to support.
  • •Configure ServiceNow GRC/IRM capabilities (policy/compliance, risk, audit, operational risk, regulatory change, remediation, evidence/control testing) and SecOps capabilities (incident response, vulnerability response, threat intelligence, major incident management, phishing response).
  • •Design and configure security and risk data models, workflows, access controls, scoring models, dashboards, workspaces, and executive reporting using upgrade-safe platform standards.
  • •Develop advanced ServiceNow configurations and integrations using JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP services, IntegrationHub, import sets, transform maps, authentication, and event-driven patterns.
  • •Support testing, governance, release planning, code review, deployment/rollback, knowledge transfer, and provide technical design input to Solution/Technical/Enterprise/Security/Integration architects.

Key Requirements

  • •Current ServiceNow certification relevant to GRC/IRM or Security Operations (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance, Certified Implementation Specialist - Security Incident Response, Certified Implementation Specialist - Vulnerability Response or equivalent).
  • •Proven experience implementing ServiceNow GRC/IRM and/or Security Operations in complex enterprise environments, including multiple end-to-end implementations.
  • •Strong knowledge of ServiceNow risk, compliance, and security architecture, data structures, workflows, security, reporting, integrations, and CMDB alignment.
  • •At least 3 Certified Implementation Specialist certificates, plus extensive hands-on experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions.
  • •Strong ServiceNow configuration and development skills, including JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST APIs, IntegrationHub, import sets, transform maps, authentication, and technical documentation.
