Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operational team, helping coordinate maintenance activities efficiently and accurately.
  • •Raise and close work orders, create and issue job packs, and raise purchase orders.
  • •Maintain spreadsheets and produce reports to support operational performance, ensuring documentation is up to date and compliant.
  • •Organise and support weekly and monthly management meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions.
  • •Manage stationery orders and site document processes (printing, scanning, filing) and serve as a professional first point of contact for contractors and visitors.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous administration experience, ideally within facilities management, property, engineering, or another operational environment.
  • •Ability to prioritise a varied workload and work independently while supporting a busy team.
  • •Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word, with comfort working with data, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • •Strong attention to detail and professional communication with colleagues, customers, contractors, and clients.
  • •Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle; must be able to obtain BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) Clearance before starting employment.
