Job Summary

Support product development execution by maintaining accurate operational data and reporting for KPI trackers and dashboards. Validate data across Product Development systems (including PO, PR, milestones, and ECN records), ensure consistency between source systems and reporting outputs, and follow SOPs and governance standards. Proactively identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and execution risks, escalating as needed to specialists or managers to strengthen operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare, maintain, and validate Product Development KPI reports and trackers.
•Update routine dashboards and respond to ad-hoc data requests.
•Maintain operational data across Product Development systems, including PO, PR, milestone, and ECN records.
•Ensure system records are up to date and operational updates are documented per defined processes.
•Follow SOPs and governance standards, identify data gaps or inconsistencies, and escalate risks to specialists or managers for resolution.

Key Requirements

•1–3 years of experience in an analyst, coordinator, or operational support role.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to PLM or ERP systems is an advantage.
•Fluent English (written and verbal); Mandarin fluency is a valuable plus.
•Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
