Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct research and competitive analysis on an asset class or investment product/strategy.
  • •Research market trends and explain implications for NTAM product innovation.
  • •Help execute launch of new investment vehicles (e.g., ETFs or UCITS) and support product documentation.
  • •Assist with digital transformation projects including implementing technology capabilities, automating workflows, and building executive dashboards.
  • •Work with your team on day-to-day tasks and participate in internship events and collaborative program activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited college/university with expected graduation between December 2027 and Summer 2028.
  • •Minimum GPA of 3.0 (3.5 or above preferred).
  • •Interest in financial markets and asset management products, business strategy, data and digital tools, and investment reporting & operations.
  • •Proven analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills through coursework, projects, and/or previous internship experience.
  • •Demonstrated leadership and teamwork through projects and extracurricular involvement.
