Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of high-impact, customer-focused software solutions for partner practice tools.
  • •Build alignment across disciplines and influence engineering direction using clear communication and data-informed decisions.
  • •Build full-stack features and refactor complex monolithic systems, balancing legacy WebForms with modern distributed architectures on AWS.
  • •Research, prototype, and adopt AI-assisted development tools to redesign workflows and create automated agents.
  • •Participate in an on-call roster and incident response to support 24/7 reliability and product coverage.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep technical expertise across C#, ASP.NET Core, modern frontend frameworks like React, and SQL Server data modelling.
  • •Proven experience building and implementing AI tools in production environments with measurable business/customer impact.
  • •Essential experience designing, implementing, and refactoring distributed systems using REST APIs on AWS.
  • •Solid experience with CI/CD concepts, automated tooling, and a passion for test-driven development.
  • •Experience building SDKs and internal libraries that enable other teams to integrate with your products; inclusive mentoring and a challenger voice are valued.
