Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a tidy, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • •Provide high-level customer service by knowing product categories and assisting customers professionally.
  • •Operate the POS system with high transaction accuracy and use selling techniques to drive sales and add-on purchases.
  • •Advise customers using product knowledge; apply merchandising principles and support receiving deliveries and displaying goods.
  • •Follow pricing and ticketing procedures, participate in stock takes and store openings, and support product/seasonal launches as required.

Key Requirements
