Key Responsibilities

•Engage guests in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
•Promote and execute ancillary programs such as upgrades, add-ons, and premium experiences.
•Support merchandising or specialty sales areas as assigned.
•Assist with set-up, inventory tracking, and end-of-night reconciliation.
•Maintain clean, organized work areas and collaborate with box office, guest services, and operations teams to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•Must be at least 18 years of age.
•Available on nights on both weekdays and weekends.
•Strong communication skills and guest-focused mindset.
•Comfortable handling transactions and cash procedures.
•Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time in various weather conditions.
