Job Summary

Ensure the CMS database is accurately populated with project engineering data and support the flow of information between the site and the commissioning team. Prepare for pre-commissioning and commissioning using a system/subsystem approach, compile the latest inputs for engineers’ dossiers (check & test sheets, handover dossiers), and produce updated reports for the Project Commissioning Manager. Coordinate across disciplines and interface with client personnel while complying with HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the system/subsystem approach to support pre-commissioning and commissioning preparation, maintaining updated boundary demarcations.
•Compile and distribute the latest information to responsible engineers for inclusion in check & test and handover dossiers.
•Collect engineering inputs and populate the CMS database with correctly identified electronic documents.
•Coordinate integration with discipline and team members, ensuring alignment of activities.
•Provide updated project-required reports to the Project Commissioning Manager and maintain client satisfaction in communications, in line with HSE standards.

Key Requirements

•Graduate level qualification.
•Familiarity with the system/subsystem approach for pre-commissioning and commissioning preparation, including demarcation of system/subsystem limits.
•Ability to compile the latest information for distribution to responsible engineers for inclusion into respective dossiers.
•Good knowledge of the nature of work and clear identification of required electronic documents for CMS database population.
•Ability to clearly communicate and coordinate with team members and interface professionally with client personnel.
