Sales Associate (Full-Time) - Town Center Plaza

Drive in-store sales goals by delivering an authentic, guest-first ALO experience through product education and real connections. Build daily client relationships, support Flow initiatives to exceed sales targets, and ensure strong sales floor coverage. Partner with store leadership to review reports and execute action plans, while also handling shipments, replenishment, visual merchandising, and front/back-of-house procedures to keep the store clean, safe, and inviting.
