Job Summary

Partner with clients and businesses to understand financial needs and provide tailored guidance that supports financial wellness. As part of the branch team, attract new customers, deepen existing relationships, and meet individual activity and sales goals. Open personal and business accounts, provide recommendations based on client credit and financial information, and leverage lead lists, walk-ins, and referral sources. Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver a strong client experience by engaging clients and teammates and recognizing the impact of interactions.
•Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations.
•Open personal and business accounts and related products (e.g., deposits, home equity, unsecured lending, and CDs) based on client needs.
•Build partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire clients and deepen relationships using centers of influence.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documenting client interactions and supporting branch operations as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales experience prioritized).
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel).
•Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
