Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide subject matter expertise on the RCM Standard, supporting protocols, governance model, and enterprise operating requirements.
  • •Lead the design, review, and continuous enhancement of governance structures, terms of reference, decision rights, escalation pathways, templates, and procedures.
  • •Provide risk-based oversight of adherence to the RCM process by identifying gaps, inconsistencies, trends, dependencies, and emerging areas needing management attention.
  • •Own or oversee defined RCM data domains and reporting products, ensuring clear standards, controls, accountabilities, and decision-useful metrics and dashboards.
  • •Coordinate governance forums and working groups, prepare executive-ready papers and recommendations, and support audit/regulatory examination activities with coordinated evidence and timely responses.

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 7 years of relevant experience in financial services across regulatory change, compliance, risk, governance, reporting, or data management.
  • •Strong practical knowledge of regulatory change management, compliance, risk management, governance, or a closely related discipline within financial services.
  • •In-depth understanding of how governance, data, process, people, and technology combine to support an effective control environment.
  • •Advanced analytical and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to identify root causes and develop pragmatic recommendations.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint; experience with ServiceNow, CUBE, workflow, business-intelligence or data-visualization tools is advantageous.
