Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the team performing core IP verification for functional, power, and performance using simulation and hardware emulation environments.
  • •Collaborate with front-end design and physical design teams on IP verification efforts.
  • •Interact with internal/external verification teams, DV methodology groups, and silicon IP/tool vendors.
  • •Manage IP dependencies, planning, and tracking of front-end design verification tasks, and drive project milestones.
  • •Advise senior management on specialized issues and support hiring activities to grow the team.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of solid experience in IP design verification.
  • •Experience developing stimulus, ASM-based directed tests, and exerciser stimulus for complex CPU design feature verification.
  • •In-depth knowledge of CPU core micro-architecture designs including cache design/verification, pipeline, power management, and microprocessors.
  • •Ability to review top-level test plans and make effective, timely decisions with incomplete information.
  • •Provide direction, mentoring, and leadership to small to medium-sized groups with strong communication and leadership skills.
