Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a regional anchor for the security compliance team, aligning regional requirements with the global effort.
  • •Serve as a trusted contact for regulatory bodies, customers, partners, and vendors to represent the enterprise’s security posture.
  • •Manage implementation and monitoring of security controls, refining and iterating to a high standard.
  • •Implement AI and other automation to streamline everyday compliance and security work, including reporting and communications.
  • •Develop and maintain security documentation, including standards/policies and evidence artefacts for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep knowledge of compliance, regulatory, and control frameworks such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, including how information security audits work.
  • •Strong familiarity with information security concepts, practices, and solutions; able to speak the language fluently with engineering teams.
  • •Working knowledge of security policy creation and maintenance, including tuning policies to meet complex regulatory requirements.
  • •Working understanding of complex cloud environments and how they impact security and compliance operations.
  • •Understanding of financial services or payments, especially prior fintech experience.
