Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and modify inspection recipes and build detection to improve yield and quality.
  • •Evaluate recipe healthiness and explore new methodologies and capacity/quality/yield approaches.
  • •Collaborate with PI/process/equipment and technology development teams to develop and optimize inspection recipes for product quality and reliability.
  • •Enhance detection and support yield improvement, cost reduction, productivity improvement, and risk management.
  • •Handle transfer work from TD and help resolve manufacturing line problems.
