Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and supervise the inspection team (inspectors, technicians, contractors) to carry out static equipment inspections, including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, tanks, piping, and safety valves.
  • •Plan and schedule inspection activities in coordination with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams.
  • •Ensure inspection activities comply with applicable codes, standards, and company procedures (API, ASME, ISO, etc.).
  • •Recommend repair, replacement, or continued service based on inspection findings and engineering evaluations.
  • •Ensure timely updates of inspection records in the asset integrity management system, and support turnaround/shutdown activities including scope development, planning, execution, and post-TA reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in inspection engineering.
  • •API 510 Certified.
  • •NDT Methods Level II Certified (5 methods).
  • •Knowledge of RBI and integrity management systems, with familiarity with relevant codes/standards and company procedures.
