Job Summary

Join the Risk and Compliance organization as a technical leader for building and deploying AI agents using the bank’s enterprise agent-building platform. You’ll design production-grade agent workflows for credit risk, portfolio monitoring, and compliance reviews, integrate with internal data systems via APIs, and ensure agent reliability, accuracy, and auditability. Collaborate with Risk and Technology teams, mentor junior analysts, and continuously improve models and governance for responsible AI deployment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical strategy and agent-based workflows aligned to enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
•Design and develop production-grade AI agents for credit risk, portfolio monitoring, compliance reviews, and other risk functions.
•Integrate agents with internal data systems, APIs, and enterprise tools while maintaining data governance and compliance standards.
•Build, test, and iterate on agent logic, including prompt engineering, tool use, memory management, and multi-step reasoning flows.
•Own the AI agent lifecycle, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and driving continuous improvements for accuracy and regulatory compliance.

•7+ years of professional experience.
•3+ years specifically building AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, or LLM-based workflows.
•3+ years of experience in banking/financial services or risk/compliance with hands-on exposure to financial risk concepts.
•Advanced proficiency in Python, including multi-step LLM workflows (prompt engineering, tool integration, memory management, agent orchestration) and experience integrating AI with APIs, databases, and enterprise data platforms.
