Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and break down conference spaces to meet customer event needs.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance for customer spaces, including testing/repairing cables and hardware components.
  • •Clean AV equipment such as camera lenses, monitors, and equipment fans.
  • •Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio/video systems; provide meeting support, install connectors, and support video/audio recording.
  • •Provide client training as needed, complete job site documentation, and follow local safety standards while traveling to job sites.

Key Requirements

  • •1–3 years of audiovisual integration experience (preferred).
  • •High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • •Proficiency with test and calibration equipment and the ability to diagnose complex system problems.
  • •Detailed experience with corporate AV installation and support for audio/video systems.
  • •Valid driver’s license and a motor vehicle record that meets AVI-SPL driving standards.
