Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key insurer partners in Taiwan.
•Lead end-to-end partnership initiatives—from pitching and negotiation to implementation.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to design proposals, partnership programs, and joint initiatives.
•Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
•Monitor partnership KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement; represent BJAK in partner meetings and industry engagements.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience in business development, account management, or partnership roles, with insurance or financial services experience strongly preferred.
•Demonstrated success securing and expanding high-value partnerships.
•Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
•Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and guide decisions.
•Based in Taiwan and able to work on-site as business needs require; professional fluency in Mandarin and working proficiency in English.
