Key Responsibilities

•Provide a distinctive client experience by completing complex and standardized client transactions accurately and professionally.
•Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online banking, and Mobile banking.
•Support the team sales process by making outbound calls, checking client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities for referrals or fulfillment.
•Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions tailored to client needs.
•Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution while following internal controls and risk management policies.

•Proficiency with a PC keyboard and branch automation software, including Microsoft Office; ability to multitask under time constraints
