Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate minor refurbishment works, interior alterations, and technical fit-out projects for corporate offices.
  • •Manage smallworks scope, programme, budget, quality standards, and contractual oversight of contractors and suppliers.
  • •Manage MAC projects end-to-end, serving as primary client-facing contact from initiation to handover and follow-up.
  • •Plan and execute move projects using the MAC Playbook and tools (move matrix, RACI, stakeholder register), and manage FF&E inventories.
  • •Prepare quotations, scopes of work, and contract variations; produce client progress reports and lessons learned/case studies upon completion.

Key Requirements

  • •Some demonstrable experience in project management within a corporate or facilities management environment (typically around three years).
  • •Deliver smallworks, refurbishment, or office fit-out projects with a technical or construction background.
  • •Experience of MAC processes (corporate moves, relocations, decommissioning) is advantageous.
  • •Knowledge of supply chain management and contract administration, working with contractors and trade contractors.
  • •Fluent in both Dutch and English is required.
