Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as lead functional analyst for Oracle Fusion Cost Management and Receipt Accounting, owning cost books, valuation methods, and accounting rules.
  • •Resolve variances between Receipt Accounting sub-ledger and General Ledger, ensuring accurate and automated RBNI reporting.
  • •Investigate and fix stuck transactions, costing errors, and interface failures between CorpOS (ERP) and ArsenalOS manufacturing/execution/WMS systems.
  • •Define and maintain cost elements, overhead allocation rules, and cost components to support accurate COGS reporting and inventory valuation.
  • •Configure systems for DCAA and GAAP requirements (cost-plus and fixed-price contract accounting) and evaluate quarterly Oracle Fusion updates with regression testing prior to production.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions in manufacturing companies (Aerospace & Defense preferred).
  • •Deep knowledge of transactional accounting for receipt accruals, landed cost management (LCM), and WIP costing, including ERP configuration for contract accounting.
  • •Experience writing SQL for reconciliation and using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) for financial reporting.
  • •Familiarity with government contracting accounting (CAS, FAR, DCAA) and how requirements translate into ERP settings.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively and map complex physical supply chain processes into a digital accounting structure without losing data granularity.
