Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain ownership of production test flow, including hands-on troubleshooting and resolution of complex electrical issues.
  • •Sustain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream from system checkouts and acceptance testing to in-process validation.
  • •Improve existing test systems for automation, consistency, total cycle time, and test coverage; optimize test strategies without compromising quality.
  • •Maintain and calibrate test equipment; update test work instructions for technicians in MES and train technicians on equipment use.
  • •Analyze test data, document results, determine root cause of failures, and recommend corrective actions while supporting failure analysis for customer returns.
