•Build conversational IT and self-service capabilities that reduce reliance on ticket-based workflows and improve service delivery.
•Evaluate and pilot emerging AI technologies and establish best practices for responsible adoption, collaborating across Security, Infrastructure, Product, and IT teams.

•Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, SCIM, GraphQL, and modern authentication standards.
•Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Okta, Workday, Slack, Atlassian, GitHub, or Google Workspace.
