Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze SPC and process/capacity related issues (redundancy, target reduction, sample plans, RPT issues) and drive root-cause fixes.
  • •Monitor equipment usage and production efficiency; ensure consistent process and quality of daily operations with communicated process holds and action plans.
  • •Plan for required capacity and product mix by ensuring equipment capability within projected variance.
  • •Drive shift-team focus on priority issues and within project scope; coordinate meetings and follow-up actions.
  • •Support safety and quality by facilitating audits, change management, and continuous improvement for defect reduction/yield improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Engineering, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Process flow knowledge for area and support equipment, including fab process areas and processing equipment.
  • •Understanding of SPC principles, theory, and applications for films deposition and films metrics.
  • •Knowledge of DRAM functions including Probe and Param.
  • •Data extraction, analysis, and reporting skills using semiconductor fabrication and coursework knowledge.
