Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as liaison between the customer and the Business Unit for assigned projects, ensuring clear understanding of customer issues and solutions delivery.
  • •Provide highly visible customer support including on-site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
  • •Optimize tool performance to meet customer process and integration requirements when necessary.
  • •Check and approve operational quality of system equipment, and instruct customers in system operation and maintenance.
  • •Analyze technical data/statistics, compile reports with conclusions, and perform root cause analyses to resolve difficult process engineering and customer product issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years in Semiconductor Capital Equipment or similar high-tech industry.
  • •Preferred: 3+ years of experience in Applications or Process Engineering.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field.
  • •Knowledge of 3 or more processes on 1 or more technologies.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and perform root cause analyses on process engineering and customer product issues.
