Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide pre-sales support and post-sales application training as the primary liaison during sales and implementation phases.
  • •Schedule and deliver onsite application trainings, go-lives, and ongoing support to clinicians on effective Philips CT/DXR use, including clinical configurations and setup as required.
  • •Assist sales teams with customer presentations, demonstrations, trials, site visits, trade show support, and education events focused on clinical and technical components.
  • •Develop training solutions to support pre-installation, installation, and post-installation needs, and resolve customer issues with escalation and feedback processes.
  • •Collaborate on business priorities, new product introductions, RFP clinical/technical input, and configuration of quotations and orders.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as a CT Technologist or Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) specializing in CT in a hospital environment.
  • •Ability to verify current/active CAMRT certification or provincial regulatory medical radiation college certification.
  • •Bilingual French and English skills (written and verbal) are required.
  • •College diploma or bachelor’s degree in a medical radiation field, plus specialized post-certification training.
  • •Prior clinical preceptor, clinical training, adult education delivery, and/or clinical sales experience is highly preferred.
