Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead monthly forecast, annual planning, and long-range planning processes
  • •Own financial reporting and process management for Board, investor relations, month-end close, forecasts, annual plan, and long-range plan
  • •Prepare and consolidate performance commentary, including underlying drivers and variance analysis for internal and external communications
  • •Scale and improve FP&A systems and processes to increase productivity and accuracy
  • •Maintain and evolve financial models to project balance sheet and cash flow and forecast key compensation expenses (e.g., SBC)
